Global4EX is a website owned and operated by Global4EX, a United Kingdom registered company. The Terms and Conditions ("Terms") refers to the access to and use of our website, services and programs (collectively, the Service).

When you visit or use our site, buy one of our evaluation products, or in any other way access or use the Service, you agree that you are legal bound by the Terms, including all the policies and documents incorporated by reference. You should not use or access the Service or otherwise accept the Terms should you disagree with them.

Eligibility

To use our Service, you have to be 18 years old or older, and you should be legally qualified to enter into legally binding contracts. Users in the jurisdictions, where our services are illegal, are forbidden to access it.

No Financial Advice

Global4EX only offers educational and testing simulations with the objective of trading, and such activities must be purely educational and evaluation. We do not offer investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services and financial advice of any kind. We do not accept any communication or any content of our employees, our affiliates, or our representatives as financial advice.

Evaluation Accounts

Once you have bought a challenge or evaluation program, you will be allowed access to simulated trading environment. These accounts:

• Do not engage real capital
• Are meant only to examine trade expertise
• Are not associated with real dealings in live markets
• The fees are non-refundable and all fees become final after issuance of access and activation of the challenge.

Fair Use and Account Integrity

You accept to use the platform with respect and not by taking advantage of the weaknesses of the system. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Latency arbitrage, reverse arbitrage or price manipulation
• The use of unlicensed Expert Advisors (EAs), bots or 3rd party plugins
• Considering system advantage by coordinated trading with other users
• Misusing of the functions of demo accounts when they are unrelated to the real-life situation
• Any of the above will lead to the immediate disqualification without refund.

Prohibited Conduct

You can not use the Service to:

• Break any relevant laws or regulation
• Abuser, threatening, and harassing actions
• Give incorrect or deceiving information
• Trying to disrupt the platform functionality and integrity
• Avoid checking our verification or payment mechanisms

Termination of Access

We have the right to suspend or permanently ban your access to the platform with no notice and refund in case we feel that a violation of these Terms has taken place. Customers attempting to use a chargeback, or a fraud/consumer dispute will be blocked automatically.

Third-Party Access

Occasionally, we might give managed access to usable third party contractors or developers to conduct platform maintenance, platform development, or platform support. Confidentiality and security agreements preside over these parties.

Modifications to Services

We have the right to alter, temporarily suspend, or inactivate on any part of our services, pricing model, or features at some point without notice. We will not be responsible to any of such changes, temporary unavailability or service disruptions.

Information Accuracy

We endeavor to ensure that the information on our site is correct and up-to-date however, we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy or reliability of information, displayed on our site. You are entitled to use this content at your own risk.

Third-Party Tools and Integrations

We can provide access to features or tools that are offered by 3rd party vendors. Your use of such tools is entirely at your own risk and may be subject to such third party terms and conditions.

Data and Privacy

All of your personal information is protected by our Privacy Policy. By availing our services, you agree to having your information collected and managed based on that policy.

Limitation of Liability

Use of all services is on an "as is" basis, and without any warranty of any nature, either express or implied. Global4EX is not responsible in any way to the extreme level in accordance with the laws concerning any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage that you can incur using the platform.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless Global4EX its directors, employees, agents and affiliates against any claim, liability or cost, which is incurred as a result of your use of Service or your violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any controversies, which may come up as a consequence or related to your use of the Service, will be submitted to the laws of UK. Through your use of the Service, you agree to the UK court repository.

Once such a dispute in a payment occurs, your account is instantly blocked and you can be disqualified forever to take advantage of the Service further on.

Entire Agreement

The above stated Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other terms that may be linked to above, make the full agreement between you and Global4EX. They override every previous understanding, communication and agreement.

By continuing to use the platform after having received an update to these Terms, you agree to the new terms.
